US Federal Properties is a real estate firm formed to specialize in the development of properties leased to the U.S. federal government and other credit-worthy tenants. These properties are state-of-the-art, high quality buildings located throughout the country requiring unique expertise to develop efficient and sustainable assets.

We split our focus between three areas of discipline: Government , Healthcare, and Retail Properties.
Our government properties are 100% leased by the federal government on behalf of the various agencies.
Our healthcare properties consist of a mix of single and multi-tenant healthcare practices.
Our retail properties range from single tenant stand alone buildings to multi-tenant regional power centers.
In 1998, Principals of BC Development Co., Rick Baier and Dan Carr, began pursuing opportunities to development build-to-suit projects leased by the federal government. In 2010, BC Development became US Federal Properties Co., adding Kevin Kelly as a Principal to serve as Chief Financial Officer.
Over a period of 30 years, the principals of US Federal Properties has collectively developed and owned more than five million square feet of commercial real estate projects around the country. In the last decade the company has experienced rapid growth and involvement in the development and ownership of federal projects. During that time, we have developed over $800 million worth of government, medical, and retail projects.
