During the course of a multi-year partnership with Dollar Tree, we have created a complete and efficient development process. We work with skilled architects, general contractors and the corporate Dollar Tree team to achieve results. These strong partnerships have allowed us to complete or have under development in excess of 125 locations.
The Village at Shoal Creek
Principals of USFP developed this prime Kansas City, Missouri retail center. The developer’s scope of services includes financing, site zoning, acquisition, coordination of all architectural and engineering activities, oversight of design and construction, pre-opening marketing and financing. The project contains over 150,000 square feet of retail space.
