Oxford Glen Memory Care • Owasso, OK
In November 2015, US Federal Properties completed the Oxford Glen Memory Care community located on the Bailey Medical Center campus just north of Tulsa in Owasso, Okla. Development services for the $6 million facility were awarded to USFP in December 2014, after a yearlong relationship between USFP and Oxford Senior Living of Wichita, Kan.

The 24,000 square-foot building, located at 11113 E. 103rd Street, houses 36 private suites, featuring a warm, home-like setting with innovative technologies that benefit individuals with memory issues. The facility is an exclusive Memory Care residence staffed with professionals who receive regular training in caring for seniors with Alzheimer’s and dementia.
Assisting USFP as general contractor was RECO Enterprises, Inc. LK Architecture, Inc. provided architectural design.
Oxford Grand Assisted Living and Memory Care – Shoal Creek • Kansas City, MO
In April 2016, a joint venture between Oxford Senior Living and US Federal Properties broke ground on a $15 million assisted living community complex in the Shoal Creek Valley area of Kansas City, Mo. This is the third project Wichita-based Oxford, who develops and operates senior housing complexes in Kansas, Missouri, Texas and Oklahoma, has partnered on with USFP.

The 70,000 square-foot facility, called Oxford Grand Assisted Living and Memory Care, is located near Shoal Creek Parkway and NE 82nd Terrace on the northeast side of Kansas City. The new community will offer 51 assisted living apartments for seniors, along with 22 units that will be dedicated to those living with Alzheimer’s and dementia.
The Oxford Grand Shoal Creek is modeled after the Oxford Grand complex in west Wichita, and is expected to be complete in early 2017. The contractor for the project is Crossland Construction and the designer is LK Architecture.
Oxford Grand Assisted Living and Memory Care • McKinney, TX
US Federal Properties partnered with Oxford Senior Living of Wichita, Kan., to develop a new Assisted Living and Memory Care Community in the north Dallas community of McKinney, Texas. Construction of the 70,000 square-foot, $15 million Oxford Grand Assisted Living and Memory Care facility, located just north of Eldorado Parkway on Orchid Drive, began in July 2015 and was completed in fall 2016.

The Oxford Grand Assisted Living and Memory Care in McKinney is modeled after The Oxford Grand in west Wichita, which opened in November 2013. It offers 51 assisted living apartments for active seniors and an additional 22 memory care suites dedicated to individuals living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. Oxford Grand residents will enjoy access to a coffee bar, restaurant-style dining, a private fitness center, a demonstration kitchen and more.
Monarch Plastic Surgery • Leawood, KS
US Federal Properties Co. developed a 16,000 square foot building for Monarch Plastic Surgery. This is a single tenant building located in Leawood, Kansas. USFP acted as the development agent and handled all aspects of land acquisition, construction, financing and tenant finish. This building was completed in Spring 2009.
Iola Medical Office Building • Iola, KS
A 13,000 square foot building was developed for Iola Family Physicians, which includes a drive-thru pharmacy. The building was completed in Spring 2008.
US Federal Properties Co. acted as the development agent handling all aspects of land acquisition, construction, financing and tenant finish.
BarryPointe Medical Building • Kansas City, MO
This 40,000 square foot office building, located in Kansas City, Missouri and owned by BarryPointe MOB LLC, was completed March 2008. Northland Family Care, a family practice group located in Liberty, Missouri, occupies 12,000 square feet and other tenants include physical therapy, radiology, orthopedics, a sleep lab, occupational therapy and a pharmacy.
Eisenhower Medical Building • Lansing, KS
This 47,000 square foot, two story building is part of a 35 acre mixed-use development. The site has been master planned and will include additional medical office, assisted living, general office and retail uses. The building was completed in May 2007 and is owned by principals of US Federal Properties Co. The building is occupied by three family practice groups along with other medical offices and specialty groups.
US Federal Properties Co. was selected as the development agent and was responsible for land acquisition, development, leasing and management as well as an ownership partner on the medical office building, land and the retail building.
Bolivar Medical Office Building • Bolivar, MO
This two story, 40,000 square foot building is adjacent to Citizen’s Memorial Hospital in Bolivar, Missouri. This building was completed in June 2007. The building is owned by a Limited Liability Company known as Bolivar Medical Office Building, LLC. Members of the LLC include Citizen’s Memorial Health Care Foundation and members of the development team. This building is the first of several other buildings to be built on the site. An Ambulatory Service Center will occupy approximately 14,000 square feet on the first floor of the building. Several medical clinics also occupy space in the building.
This development was a joint venture between the hospital foundation and principals of US Federal Properties Co. USFP was responsible for the land acquisition, developing, leasing and asset management of this property.
Southpark Medical Plaza • Olathe, KS
This project, located in Olathe, Kansas, involved the development of a nine building medical campus adjacent to the Olathe Medical Center. The first building, consisting of 40,000 square feet, was completed in January 2006 and is the home of Johnson County Orthopedics. This high quality prairie style building has been identified as the “new generation of office buildings” to be built in Olathe. At present, three adjacent buildings have been completed, including a surgical center and an eye clinic consisting of 25,000 square feet.
US Federal Properties was involved in all aspects of this development from land acquisition, site and building development, marketing sites adjacent to the property, leasing, management and investors relations with the group of doctors.
North Oak Medical Park • Kansas City, MO
North Oak Medical Park consists of a 135,000 square foot multi-phase, four building medical office park located on 12.33 acres in Kansas City, Missouri. The first phase of the project, a 61,000 square foot building was completed in April 1995. The second phase of the project, a 25,000 square foot building was completed in February 1999. Phase III consisting of 36,000 square feet of medical office suites was completed in April 2004.

Principals of US Federal Properties (“USFP”) are investors in Phase III of the park. Gashland Clinic, the majority owner of the park, selected USFP as the development agent. USFP was responsible for site selection and negotiating the terms of the land acquisition. USFP also served as the project manager and leasing agent and was responsible for all aspects of the bidding, construction management, leasing, financing, and property management for the assets. The park was awarded the Key Stone Recognition award by the Clay County Economic Development Council for its commitment to the business expansion base for Clay County.
Creekwood Medical Park & Surgery Center • Kansas City, MO
Creekwood Professional Park is a four building 135,000 square foot medical park housing various medical groups, laboratories and a surgical center located on 10 acres in Kansas City, Missouri.
