Development
USFP has the flexibility and financial capacity to develop projects from as small as $1 million to over $300 million. The financial models we use to analyze projects allow us to project its entire scope from the initial planning stages of the development cycle, through tenant occupancy, and well into the project’s life. Our experience with the capital markets allows us to source the lowest debt terms in the market translating into a lower occupancy cost to the end user. In addition to the hands on process of managing the financial engineering and construction of these developments, we know our occupiers demand more energy efficient buildings. We are qualified in working within standards that exceed those set out for certification in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) as well as Green Globes.
Project Management
The USFP team is regularly selected by property owners to provide project oversight. Our team represents the property owner in all matters related to the specific development. Our common objective under these engagements is to manage the financial performance of a given project while ensuring that the client’s investment yields an extremely high quality product that will remain marketable long-term.
